So, recently we've had a flurry of bizarre emails to our help@ and
webmaster@ addresses, of which I have attached a selection.

Anybody know what's going on? Somebody posted a misleading review
somewhere or something?

Hi,

I hate to be the one to tell you this but, people don't know architecture like
RISC from the back side of the moon. A tip, if you really want users to use
your browser, you have got to make it EASY. People are too busy to research
stuff like this, me on the other hand I don't have a life so as a lark I am
going to do the research to figure this out. I think I ran into this term about
10 years ago testing some arcane tool for some arcane tool.

For instance if you have a version that runs on windows, say it runs on windows
and what versions. Take a look at the seamonkey site, one button, says it works
on windows xx to xx. Press button, download, done.

Dude, you really need some marketing help.

Mike

2)New account + my own psswrd
3)Return to "have account" + data of the "new" account Failed!!
Any ideas? Gratefully yours Clem
