It's a module for collecting random entropy and providing it to
applications that require such, for the generation of keys.  I have no
idea if the port of OpenSSL that NetSurf uses requires or benefits from
it being available.  If it does, it will greatly increase the
cryptographic security of any HTTPS transactions.
