Having looked at your comment, I agree with the idea of using a Boot file
to call the utility, but think it should call the utility within the
application directory.
The minuscule increase in overhead is worth it to provide a complete
functional implementation rather than the functionality being dependent on
the presence of the utility in the user's library.
I may add this as a note after others have had the opportunity to discuss
it.
