At present, NetSurf currently only supports the following character sets
on RISC OS:
US-ASCII
ISO-8859-{1-16}
Windows-125{1-9}
UTF-8
UTF-16
The above pages are encoded in GB2312, so can't be parsed.
This will be fixed in due course. It is not a problem on other platforms.
