There's no option to do this within NetSurf.

There's a bit more to it for CSS supporting browsers, anyway. In a CSS
capable browser there can be loads of background images on a page. The
NetSurf home page, for example, has eight and that's a pretty simple page.

Full save, drag all the CSS files into one Zap (or other editor) window
and search for "url"?

Or drag the full save directory to Thump and identify the image you want?
