Recent attempts to download the latest development build of Netsurf via the internal help files fail. The "Development builds" link from file:///<NetSurf$Dir>/Docs/documentation/info_en#GettingNetSurf produces a "Page not found error" The "Test builds" link from http://www.netsurf-browser.org/downloads/ works as expected.
