My latest observation with #5223 and OS 5.27 is that if you click in Netsurf's URL field but not double-click nor do Ctrl-A nor otherwise select its text, then Ctrl-C does put the text in the field onto the clipboard for pasting elsewhere.
Only trouble is if you do highlight the text in the field, then Ctrl-C doesn't work and there appears to be no way to deselect the text so as to do what I describe above.
