When clicking on 'Submit issue', and error page says that it failed to
open/read local data from file/application. Clicking on Back wipes all of
the entered text. By the way, Product Version lets you only choose between
3.9. and 3.10, while the current version is 3.11.

I'd love to attacht the Log file to this mail, but as it is 7+ MByte, I
fear that people might get angry.
