in september, 'nettime' established a new channel for announcements,
nettime-ann. nettime-ann is available in two flavors, normal and di-
gest, and it's ~low-volume: in november, there were 112 messages in
normal mode and 13 digests. nettime-ann is moderated by mason dixon
and hannah davenport.

if you send announcements to 'nettime,' please make sure they go to
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. when you send them to nettime-l the mods
just bounce them to nettime-ann -- so you can save the extra delays
by noting the address now. and, please, definitely do NOT send your
announcements to both addresses.
