I don't plan to add it, but I will consider contributions to add it. From a very quick look at https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-shen-sm2-ecdsa, it seems it's more complex than sm3 and sm4, and I can't say how well it fits with the current implementation of other crypto primitives based on elliptic curves.
