Attribution-No Derivative Works 3.0 License is meant to send/express the letter/views/ in non destructive manner. But you can express the same thing in different way/words and carry on ! I think this approach is quite good because it remove hurdle to some activist to rewrite the same thing again !! Today it took me 5 minute to post letter to ICICI manager (who is my friend's brother) in Office timings !!(do not tell my boss ;) )
