A friend(newbie to mailinglists) of mine who is an archive reader
of this list asked me recently..

"so... what are you doing today, top posting.. bottom posting.. or
goal posting.."

Where are those who advocate posting etiquettes(which I appreciate),
why are they silent on personal comments now?

Time to post was zero (as in zero marginal costs) as it was a BBC
story which also mentions Microsoft apology. BBC seems to spend a lot
of time these days for left propaganda.

Good to see that you are helping with cooking and washing plates.
The food is off course for one as well and the plates are that which
one eats from as well.
Mostly people don't seem to do this and thus this becomes something
mentioning and
appreciating(Gender issues, OT here I guess).

This is not enlightenment, it is merely mimicking responses and
trained responses.

Thank you for your specific feedback on post being OT, and no thanks
for the general rant.

Fosscomm responses needs to be evolved and type casting list behavior
based on past
baggage from other mailing lists and communities will be insensible at least on
the part of "enlightened" members, if you don't understand that it
would be better
to wash all the plates and cook all the food at home and give your
wife all the time
at understanding this but to tell you that[here] will be none of my
business the same applies to you as it is none of your business to
attribute me to left, center or right more so when
you say this "I could be wrong here"

Either we agree on posting guidelines based on larger consensus or
atleast allow individual
members to probe the nature of OT'ness here. FOSSCOMM is tricky, even
the idea is inherently contradictory, comments on previous threads.

"Where are the advocates of freedom in the new digital society who
have not been decried as pirates, anarchists, communists? Have we not
seen that many of those hurling the epithets were merely thieves in
power, whose talk of ``intellectual property'' was nothing more than
an attempt to retain unjustifiable privileges in a society irrevocably
changing?"
