I agree. In fact, that should be a default "public domain" policy for
all lists in public domain.
Then this sort of issues wouldn't happen in the first place because
then I'm making a choice and that agreement supersedes the license I
have specifically now as more and more these issues will and are
happening as demonstrated above.

I actually want to delve a bit more into Raju's assertion of not being
able to use my work in his alleged 'commercial work' .

FWIK the non-commercial license doesn't prohibit him from doing that
work. He just has to get  consent from me. How the consent is done is
between him and me.
