Bug can be categories like , website hall of shame, new patent approval, vendor based syllabus and many other thinks. Who so ever think that there is some hurdle on foss adaptation in India , he/she can file a Bug Or If anybody has an idea of improvement , he/she file a bug against it. This may become a central place to observe the small to big scale bugs in system
