Why cann't a social engineering project take help of such bug tracking
system. for bugs we can create letter on Wiki interface and then post then
to concern authority. Bug can be categories like , website hall of shame,
new patent approval, vendor based syllabus and many other thinks. Who so
ever think that there is some hurdle on foss adaptation in India , he/she
can file a Bug Or If anybody has an idea of improvement , he/she file a bug
against it. This may become a central place to observe the small to big
scale bugs in system

PS: It is just a thought process. It may or may not help anything. need some
suggestion on this.
