Dear Vivek,

The message comes is as follows:
DB Error: MySQL server has gone awayWe are hosting our journal OAJMAP from a
service provider in New Delhi. The first page /index.php/oajmap/login comes
noramally, but when you try to go into the database of journal of after
login in the site, the MySQL server has gone away message comes. Its only on
ERNET - VSAT connection. But there is no problem with BSNL or Tataindicom
broadband.

ERNET says there is not problem we are able to access it. The service
provider says there is not problem with them either. Someone said that our
IP is being blocked by the OJS software which we are using to host the
journal. Near to my institute, we have SP University there also they have
ERNET connection and I found similar message comming on their screens. But
in Maharashtra - Pune, there is no prolem in access, they too have ERNET
connection.

We are unable to locate the problem. Other sites like
http://www.jtropag.in/index.php/ojs/index are easily access here by us in
the Institute LAN.

Thanks & Regards
Sridhar
