I am trying to figure out which address to report as the "interface
identifier" for the IP MIB. The existing code reports ill_phys_addr if
ILLF_XRESOLV is set else it reports ill_nd_lla. is this the correct
behavior and what is the relationship here, why two different addresses
for the same purpose.
