I can't find any evidence that DL_UNITDATA_IND is now or ever has been
sent as M_PCPROTO.

POLLPRI means that you've got M_PCPROTO, which means that you've got
a DL_INFO_ACK, DL_OK_ACK, or similar waiting on the stream.
