I don't think it's possible to do that.

(The minor for bge1 is typically '2':

# ls -lL /dev/bge*
crw-------   1 root     sys       11, 87 Oct 19 19:11 /dev/bge
crw-------   1 root     sys       87,  1 Sep 13 12:13 /dev/bge0
crw-------   1 root     sys       87,  2 Sep 13 12:34 /dev/bge1
# 

... but that's not going to help.)
