I don't know if we can have a default which can satisfy
everyone. If there are more than 1 interface up, user
A may want to use LLA in Ethernet but user B may want
to use LLA in WiFi. Which user to please :-( I suspect
that a user who knows how to use more than 1 interface
should also know that a preference needs to be specified.
