I suppose this could be some sort of loadbalancing (or similar) setup
where 218.40.33.101 is the virtual address on a server along with
192.168.13.101, which is the physical interface with which the server
communicates to the client.

Bob had sent another mail about this problem with some more details, maybe
he can add to this.
