I guess your pc hang for several minutes at boot time.
If so, solaris was successfully configured for DHCP client,
but it could not an IP address from a DHCP server.
I doubt that your DHCP server didn't response for the 
request, or bfe driver didn't work.

Could you ensure that bfe fully work under non-dhcp
client configuration, i.e. with static IP address again?
