I am using Solaris 10 11/06. I have an IB card connected to an IB switch.
The subnet manager lives on a linux host connected to the same IB switch as

the solaris machine.

In attempting to configure ipob and nfs over an IB fabric. I face the
challenge of editing the /kernel/drv/ib.conf file to implement these
services.

I do not understand what the following terms are and why, how are the needed
and what values do they take:

#

# Multiple entries:

# port-svc-list="sdp", "sdp1";

#       OR

# vppa-svc-list="nfs", "ipib";

#       OR

# hca-svc-list="nfs1", "nfs2";

What does is a port-svc-list? and what are the possible entries for it?

What does is a vppa-svc-list? and what are the possible entries for it?

What does is a hac-svc-list? and what are the possible entries for it?

I know we use nfs version 3 in our environment. How do I tell IB on the
solaris box to use nfs version 3?
