At a guess, that's usually a symptom of an incorrect netmask somewhere
or a duplicate IP address on the entwork.

I'm not sure what that means, but I wouldn't think so.  The fact that
you can access some hosts but not others most likely means that
something's wrong on the wire, not in the driver.

No idea.  But I can't see anything on your system, so it's hard to
tell what's going on.
