It finally works! Thanks for everyone! The step is, on Solaris server, type #eeprom console=ttya #reboot
I am using the free TeraTerm for Windows to debug, just setup, use the default setting and after a reboot, I can see the messages from serial port. A return key displays login in and then I can debug kernel.
