[networking-discuss] increasing size of mblk by 4 bytes

We are planning to increase the size of mblk by 4 bytes. This will make 
the size to be 64bytes in 64bit and 36 bytes in 32bit mode. Since all 
modern CPU's have an L2 cache line size of 64 we do not see any issues 
with this change. Please let us know if you see any issues with thi change.

P.S. Once we have actually made the change we will obviously run 
benchmarks to verify that there is no performance degradation.
