OpenSolaris members figure out whether and how to participate without
some sort of high-level description of the project?
Most of the high level stuff hasn't been fully documented yet. I think
this will be an important AI for PEF team to work on.
However, we do have a technical white paper, which is already registered
in an IEEE conference, so I'm not sure if I can make it public available
before the conference make the decision on the paper.
