don't think a mailing list is an appropriate or efficient medium for
that in the long run.
I donot plan to setup NIS+ or DNS or DHCP with this computer, Is
there anyway that I can get connected to the internet.?

oh, btw: Solaris 10 is NOT OpenSolaris; please consider going through
proper channels, this one is for opensolaris issues.
