Thanks -- though regarding the Evaluation: even once you fix that, I don't
thin you'll see the flags via "route monitor" since ifm_flags is only 32
bits (eeps!)
Ah, yes. All flags > IFF_OFFLINE are inherently unobservable by route
monitor. I'll adjust the description. It's appropriately a P5 bug.
