Consulting further with Cathy, property loading/unloading is now
happening early during {link, linkid} association, that is in
dls_devnet_set/unset. An asynchronous taskq is used to work around
deadlocks, and synchronization barriers are established to ensure proper
operation.
New file dls_prop.c now contains the bulk of property code. ::dls_prop
macro provides debugging support for it.
Two flags (MAC_ONLY, MAC_NAME) have been merged into a single flag (NODRV).
Other parts have not changed much.
