I have an AirLink101 AWLC4130 PCMCIA wifi card (recommended by the "prince of cheap & Solaris-compatible hardware" Dr. James Liu). It was detected and worked flawlessly out of the box in OpenSolaris 2008.05. However, after, say, 30 minutes or so, I would lose connection, but it would be re-connected almost immediately. Then disconnectd and reconnected again (& again ...) . I have no idea what was going on, but re-installing the ath driver:
