I hate to bounce you around, but this doesn't actually sound like a
"networking" issue.  The Network Administration Tool (oddly enough)
isn't part of networking, but is instead a GNOME application
maintained by the desktop group.  I'd suggest contacting
[EMAIL PROTECTED] (I think Calum Benson knows the most
about the network admin GUI).
