I see MSI and MSI-X issues (such as CR 6347109) fixed in Solaris 10
Update 3, so I'd have to suspect that it does in fact support MSI.

However, there are two problems here.  Problem (1) is that MSI is
really a device driver issue rather than a networking issue, so this
probably isn't the right group to contact.  Problem (B) is that
Solaris 10 isn't OpenSolaris, and if you need information about
Solaris 10, you should be working with Sun's support group instead.
