"command not found" means either
1. it was mistyped
2. it's not in the search path.
Assuming you checked for 1., then to address 2., you need to either invoke
your vpnclient using its' full path, thus: "/this/is/the/path/to/vpnclient"
(of course with the correct values ;-); you could also add the path
("/this/is/the/path/to" from my example above) to PATH in your environment,
then you could invoke just "vpnclient" and you should be fine.
of course, there could be other issues lurking, but there's not enough
information to tell.
