One more question, maybe it is too simple and silly.

Is it a big challenge for Solaris to frequently reallocate contiguous 
memory? For example, if I choose 32K MTU, is it very difficult to 
Solaris frequently reallocate 32K memory?

For IPoIB project, I think IOMMU is not a issue.
