Hi Stw and thanks for answering. I see now that something was unclear so let me clarify as good as I can :-)..
I have a .iso file 10GB on my Imac that i want to transfer to a network share on my solaris box. I mount the samba share on my imac and drag-drop the iso file to the share. It start uploading, but when i reaches 120MB its stops for some seconds before it continues for another 120MB. I downloaded a network monitor on my imac to see if i had some sort of network trouble. When the download reaches 120MB all traffic on my network interface drops to 0KB/s. I did some searching on google and must say. Solaris is a hard starting distro, but i learn and its getting easier. Because of that i reinstalled Solaris and everything is working fine now. Thanks for your help stw and I will do some more research before posting next time.. (reply-to is set to alias, no need to reply-all) If this is for me i do not understand what you meen.. Please explain.
