What particular feature are you talking about? The new ipsecconf syntax (that's an ipsec feature, not an ipfilter feature) showed up in 8/07 (s10 update 4). IPfilter also changed significantly in Solaris 10, update 4. It was rearchitected to remove the pfil STREAMS modules. I'm not sure what the relationship between that and the "to" feature is. I think it worked, but I can't say for certain. Since you're asking these questions on an opensolaris alias, we assume you're running a relatively recent version of an opensolaris distribution. I can't speak for Solaris 10 versions and what's been fixed or backported as that is the purview of Sun's service and support division.
