  Based on design review comments from the design reviewers,
  the design doc has been updated and can be found at:
    http://opensolaris.org/os/project/brussels/files/brussels2.pdf
  
  Notable changes:
  - new command semantics for interface/address management, including
    separate commands for dhcp, static addrs.
  - new commands for ipmp
  - split of properties into set-prop (for global props) and set-intfprop 
    (for per-interface props)
  - examples for each command.
