Output from prtconf -vp and dmesg might be helpful here. It looks to me
like your card isn't one that is recognized.
Also, what version of OpenSolaris are you using? There are potentially
incompatible APIs involved, particularly after the crossbow
integration. My first guess is that you should probably try using the
"development" release (latest is b126) of OpenSolaris, which IIRC has
arn integrated already.
If you are using a recent (say build 115 or newer) version of
OpenSolaris, and you use the packages on the website, you'll probably
run into problems.

I have a Sony Vaio VGN-NS130AE that uses a Atheros WiFi card "pciex168x, 2a".
To install it, i followed the steps as described in
http://hub.opensolaris.org/bin/view/Community+Group+laptop/arn
I typed the command
update_drv -a -i '"pciex168c,2a"' arn
after i did the pkgadd....
But when execute the command
update_drv -a -i '"pciex168c,2a"' arn
The systems returns an error
"devfsadm: driver failed to attach: arn"
"Warning: Driver (arn) succesfully added to system but failed to attach"
I think that because of that, when i execute the final step to test
ifconfig arn0 plumb
occurs the error
"ifconfig: cannot open link "arn0": DLPI link does not exist"
What can I do? I garantee that i´ve repeated the steps 3 times to discover if i
was forgetting something. But until now, no success...
Tanks by the help.
