Hi Tobias, The device "10f0" is an Intel PCH on-board device, the e1000g support for this device was just available in snv_125. And it will be available in the next OpenSolaris release.

Hi Ted, I am using the OpenSolaris 2009.06 Live CD. "uname -v" says: "svn_111b". Is there a newer release of 2009.06? Device Driver Utility says the NIC has the device-id 10f0. The NIC is integrated on the mainboard, maybe this is a problem? thanks Tobias
