When uptime was 87 days i have tested speed by copying 140MB file from:
- router to windows server by program winscp
- router to backup server by program scp
This transfers was about 200-300 Kb/s

Next i restarted the router. Now the uptime is only few days and speed of this
nic between backup server / windows server - router is 94.5 Mb/s

When netperf shows 94.5 Mb/s copying this 140MB file is very fast

Routing table was ok

I have not checked how much ram was available
