ifconfig flags:
<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,MULTICAST,DEPRECATED,IPv4,NOFAILOVER>

ping doesn't work

snoop says that igb1 (broken interface) is sending out ARP packets
(who is) and  SYN / RST packets. No other communication from the
outside.

Yes, I am running link-based failure detection. The idea is to enable
probe detection in the future but not right now.

It could be tricky to disable all interfaces to use dtrace probes
however I am able to create live dump of the system.
