Well, there's something definitely odd with the port. I changed cables, and now I am getting 100 full. I plugged the other LAN port on the motherboard into the switch, and I get 1000 on that port. I swapped the two cables at the switch, and the 100 port stays 100 regardless of the switch port.
But then I powered off the machine, instead of just rebooting it, and upon restarting, now the switch says both ports are 1000.
