Hi everyone,
I am running Solaris express edition "snv_build 123" on a virtutech simics
virtual machine. Because I am doing some research work on SPARC arch, but
without enough resources to buy a real machine.
My trouble is, after I install the system in "Core Solaris" mode, I cannot
receive any response from my host machine, except the ping packets.
I am trying to mount the NFS shares on my host machine, but the network traffic
seems to be blocked by something new in solaris 11(aka opensolaris). It works
for solaris 10 installation!
I can ping the host machine, but when I try telnet the host machine on
111(sunrpc) port, I can't get any response.
I am sure the IPfilter is disabled on my virtual machine and there are no
firewalls on my host machine.
Even when I snooped on the interface, I can see the response packets from the
host.
But the packets is somehow dropped somewhere, the telnet client just can't get
them.
The attachment is some screenshots on my machine about the ipfilter and snoop
outputs.
Does anyone have any idea on this issue?

Thanks anyway.
