Well, NM is involved because it depends on wpa_supplicant.
Note that the network service is working perfectly,
presumably because it does not depend on wpa_supplicant.

Actually, NM was not running, so it didn't need to be killed.
Running the test caused the network service to stop,
I'm not sure why.
