Understood, and it would be a separate install and configuration
from NetworkManager. I was suggesting to make this feature
available in the NetworkManager GUI in a simplified manner, sort
of like the "Routes" button under the IPv4 tab that allows you
some more complex settings for routing.

Also, NM uses dnsmasq to accomplish this and not dhcp3-server.
Thoughts?
