Well, one thing is to have the feature but don't explicitly declare it works in the specs, and another thing is totally avoid the feature even if we know it works. If we can check the NDISDUP support ourselves and it works, we can maybe extend the udev list with specific VID/PID pairs of modems without the standard ECM port but which we know run well with NDISDUP. Franko, what do you think of this?
