Some committers who don't have time to actually review the quality
themselves will use that as their benchmark for voting it as a beta. =)
The more feedback on the list the better (even from non-committers -
like me).
I'm playing with a current CVS copy right now (essentially equivalent to
2.0.22). I'll post my feedback later. I haven't seen it segfault yet.
There are definitely some configuration improvements we can make (i.e.
not having threads should not stop us from using pthread_mutex_t for
cross-process locks). I'll commit changes to APR that fix this. But,
that isn't a show-stopper or should even affect the tag. -- justin
