Hi,

I'm trying to set up my printer on a Linux machine to allow the other
Linux machines on the lan to access the printer. The printer is working
fine on the local machine. I tried to configure the other machines to
print to it using printtool. From the remote machines, when I try to
print, I get an error saying: "lpr: connect: Connection refused jobs
queued, but cannot start daemon." Is this at all related to
/etc/hosts.lpd? I'm not sure what the format of this file should be. I
created an /etc/hosts.lpd that just lists all of the remote machines,
like this:

ripley.emeraldbiostructures.com
jonesy.emeraldbiostructures.com

Thanks,

Hidong
