Chmouel,
I have since tried sgml-tools with the *.sgml files that came with Festen
and they are O.K.
The original enquiry was instigated when I downloaded some sgml files from
one of the web pages dealing with GTK, otaylor made up part of the URL,(I
can find it if it's important).They were files illustrating the drawing
capabilities of GDK and of particular interest to me. They were definitely
of a different format and would not translate with sgml-tools,assuming I was
using sgml-tools correctly, (sgml2txt foo.sgml).
Thanks for your interest
Regards
Bob
