Thanks for the feedback. In response to your questions, I've checked my networking settings and they are correct. I'm using my ISP's servers. Thomas J. Hamman said I should set my port speed in kppp's settings to 115200. I have the option of setting it as high as 460800. Should I do that? Thanks again
